start the game and a new mods folder will be generated in the documents electronic arts sims 4 folder. Try moving your mods folder to the desktop. one for custom content and tuning mods (custom content) and one for script mods. there are several reasons why they are not showing and most likely should be removed. the ones that are not listed there will most probably not be showing up ingame. Check the mod list ingame to see if there are any of the mods cc missing.
it shows up in my library, but when you hover the "download" button, it is grey and it says it cannot download to game. it said it would appear in "my downloads". all i did was go to the sims4 official website and went to their gallery and started to select items to download.
